OTHER FEES AND OWNERS RESPONSIBILITIES

ALL DOGS:

Upon arrival at Cedar Valley Farms & Kennel, all dogs are required to have a certified health certificate signed by a veterinarian proving your dog is currently free of parasites and up to date on shots.
Note: We must have proof of rabies inoculation. Cedar Valley Farms & Kennel will not be held accountable if your dog is involved in a rabies incident and you have not furnished proof that he/she is current with rabies inoculations.
All veterinarian services will be the responsibility of the owners.

Copies of your dogs AKC and FDSB registration or a correctly filled out field trial entry form.
All amateur field trial entries will be taken care of by owner.
Owners willbe informed of the anticipated trial schedule.
Owners will receive a monthly invoice which will include the entry and handling fees for trials entered.
