Other Fees and Owners Responsibilities

ALL DOGS:

Upon arrival at Cedar Valley Farms & Kennel, all dogs are required to have a certified health certificate signed by a veterinarian proving your dog is currently free of parasites and up to date on shots.

Note: We must have proof of rabies inoculation. Cedar Valley Farms & Kennel will not be held accountable if your dog is involved in a rabies incident and you have not furnished proof that he/she is current with rabies inoculation.

All veterinarian services will be the responsibility of the owners.

FIELD TRIAL DOGS:

Copies of your dogs AKC registration and FDSB registration or a correctly filled out field trial entry form.

All amateur field trial entries will be taken care of by owner.

Owners will be informed of the anticipated trial schedule.

Owners will receive a monthly invoice which will include the entry and handling fees for trials entered.
