Entry Form Program - Step #1
First of all you should download
the Word File and the Excel File. I have saved them in two types of
download formats for those that have difficulty with one or the other.
OPTION #1
RIGHT CLICK
HERE
and use the SAVE TARGET AS option to download a ZIP file which contains
both the Excel and Word Files. You will have to know how to unzip this
if you use this method. You should save them to a folder that you know
how to get to.
OPTION #2
RIGHT
CLICK HERE
and use the SAVE TARGET AS option to save the Word document. Save it to
a folder that you know how to get to.
RIGHT
CLICK HERE
and use the SAVE TARGET AS option to save the Excel Spreadsheet. Save it
to a folder that you know how to get to.
