"Jilly"
Jilly is staying at Cedar Valley Farms Kennel this Spring for a good old "tune up" to prepare for the upcoming field trials. Jilly already comes to us with a lot of success in her juvenile years. The "tune up" must be working as shown by her winning the Open Gun Dog at Music City Brittany Club's Field Trial this spring under the handling of her owner, Brooke Nicholson.
As you can see, she has a straight up pointing style and is eager to please. When we work with a dog like Jilly, who already has lots of natural talent, it becomes a development of a type of "synergy", where the additional training produces more than just the addition of the training lessons to the dog's repertoire. It produces a genuinely great "bird dog", one that can contend with the best and is a pleasure to handle and watch.
We look forward to seeing Jilly's career really take off in the near future!
